Realtors needing a resale package for a pending sale:

Include a copy of your listing agreement,  the community name, property address, or if you wish to purchase a standard 10-day package or expedited 3-day package. Payment is required at time of pick-up in either exact-change cash or certified funds payable to Integrity Based Management.
